This Traditional  W-2 Pre Printed  2 up 6 part kit comes complete with self seal envelopes and includes all 6 parts required by your state in a 2-up format (2 forms per sheet, for two employees). The W2TRADS6E is compatible with Quickbooks basic and enhganced payroll desktop versions. Compatible: These forms are compatible with all software that use pre printed 2 up format forms and is compatible with Quickbooks basic and enhanced payroll desktop versions.This product is not compatible with Quickbooks MAC or intuit, QB online versions. Details: This 6-part traditional preprinted laser set includes self seal envelopes and all feeral/state 2-up W-2 forms which include; Employer copy A (red scannable)Employer D (records) Employer copy 1 (state and city) Employee copy B (federal) Employee copy C (file) Employee copy 2 (state and city). Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate by employee. Mail employer copies in a batch to the SSA with W-3.
